I just bought an ipad4 but realizing I can't download any apps like netflix or even Facebook. Do you know a trick to use older version of apps?

Thanks

If you have downloaded the Apps you want to another iOS device that can run the newer App versions, you can go to the Purchase history on the iPad 4 and download an older compatible version.

If you have no other device, then unfortunately there's no easy way to get an older version.

Also,

There is the possibility that third party app developers have removed their older version apps from the iOS App Store.

So, using the only method to do this, as Phil0124 accurately describes, may result in a hit or miss in getting older versions of apps for that 8-1/2-year old, 2012 iPad 4th generation.

As far as Netflix goes, Netflix still supports all iOS versions as far back as iOS 5.1.1.

So, you should be able to get an older working version of Netflix for your iPad 4.

Best of Luck to You!
