Windows and MacOS are mutually exclusive. You cannot run binaries from one system on another.

Option 1 - You can install Windows under Bootcamp and boot your Mac into either MacOS or Windows10. All you need is to have a legal license of Windows 10 ISO to install.

Option 2 (which is what I do) is to run Windows 10 as a virtual machine. You will need a 3rd-party hypervisor like VMWare Fusion (it's what I use), Parallels, or Oracle's VirtualBox. These will let you run Windows10 (or any intel-based OS) alongside MacOS. Windows 10 can appear as a full-screen OS, or in a Window, or a mix of the two.

I use Windows 10 to run Quicken and Quickbooks for Windows as it is far superior compared to its MacOS counterpart. In addition, there are software development tools I use that are only available for Windows. As a virtual machine, my Mac covers both.

.exe is a proprietary MS format and even if you could convert it, you would run into the wall of legalities with copyright issues. Unless you can get the developer to allow you to do this, you best try to find a reasonable substitute that is Mac compatible.

Or you can buy Windows and use Bootcamp to run it on your Mac and then install the app on that.
