I don’t know if It had something to do with the fact that my phone was freezing a lot recently or that I updated the iOS (it’s 14.5.1 and I’m using iPhone 7). The Hotspot just stopped working. It disappeared from the menu and even when I manually enter APN it doesn’t appear only after entering APN and restarting the phone, the setup Hotspot option appears and it just says contact your carrier which I did and they said that it’s not a problem on their side.

Try to Return iPhone settings to their defaults - Apple Support for Reset All Settings and Reset Network Settings. DO NOT CHOOSE "Erase All Content and Settings".
If the issue persists, it is a carrier issue, and you must continue working with them.

Reset network settings didn't work BUT reset all settings (not "Erase All Content and Settings") worked. Thanks
Thanks. I did try Reset network settings and It didn't work but I'll try all settings later. will restoring to factory defaults help if It wasn't solved by resetting all settings? if so, I can backup all my data and give it a go.
