Dictaphone

I recorded speech on the dictaphone. I can listen to it with an ok sound if I listen to the sound straight from the phone. But if I plug in earphones the sound is ok only when the screen is lit. When the screen is off the sound starts breaking off. What can I do to be able to listen to the recordings with earphones?

Dictation works only with connected AUX earphone. I just changed the scree on my iPhone 6 and some how the dictation is working only when the AUX earphones are connected. There's no problems with the mic, I can make phone calls and record voice memo with out the earphones. I did all the steps I found on the internet. I reset/restart my phone, turned options off and on again for keyboards, dictation and languages, reset my network settings, all that's left is to reset all content and settings, but I don't want to do that. I hope you can help me, so I don't have to carry earphones with me everywhere.
