Myatt app will no longer work

Myatt app will log in but won’t load billing page it continues to log out or flicker with nothing on page. I can use it online. Att says a app issue. Can I delete my iCloud and it fix the app and it not delete my entire phone

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling it? It may help solve the issue:

Delete apps on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch

Also, if you have a VPN on your iPhone, try turning it off. Go to Settings and turn off the VPN switch.


If none of that helps yo solve this issue, you would have to reach out to AT&T again for assistance since this is their app: How to contact an app developer
