I have cash app card I use all the time to purchase items and games I play on my iPhone.! As of right now my cash app account has 79.68 in it declining my purchases why?

I can’t use my Cash App card to purchase off of my iPhone , I have almost 80.00 in the account ,but it is declining payment method asking me to select another payment method , I have used this card several times no issues , now all of a sudden it is declining

my purchase off of Golf Clash on my iPhone why purchase is only 3.99! Please respond thank you!
