Some times no messages displayed and the app stops working
sometimes check internet connection even though the connection is working
I switch between wifi and mobile data, same problem
tried purchasing using another app same problem
i download Norton 360 after the update
then I discovered the problem
note: I deleted norton same problem
now I just received a message to complete the purchase while writing this message
there is another problem may times i try to swipe the screen to switch between apps but it doesn’t work so I lock the screen then unlock it so things can back to normal
something else happened when I finished the update I wanted to open the phone. So I entered the passcode but the phone didn’t respond. I restarted it many times, same problem. Till one time came a message the phone is restoring the data then it opened

That has nothing to do with the update. You need to troubleshoot that separately. What message is displayed when you have the problem with in app purchases?
Try to download a free app. If there is a problem with your payment method it will tell you what the problem is.
Norton is useless. Are you using VPN? If you are, DON’T.

I’ll ask again: Are you using VPN? If you installed Norton it set up a VPN. When you deleted Norton did you disable the VPN?
