I cannot find my Apple Watch it’s been missing for almost a month either at work or at home it’s not showing me where the last whereabouts was on the map if the watch is dead how can I find my Apple Watch

I lost my Apple Watch it has been missing for over a month either from my home or my job how can I find it without it showing me the last place it was on find my Apple Watch and if it is dead how could I still find it can someone turn it off for me not to find it a change from one phone company to another they used to have a phone number now it just work on the new company by way of Bluetooth from my Apple phone
