SIM Card Change
Why won’t my iPhone allow me to change my SIM card to another one? To be specific, from AT&T to T-Mobile.

Try Settings > General > About, then scroll down to Network Provider Lock.
If it says No SIM restrictions then you should be able to swap SIM’s without a problem. If no, best contact your service provider.
