Safari keeps showing a floating window after I log into my Amazon account

Every time I log into my Amazon account, my Safari shows a separate floating window (at the top-right corner) in addition to the main page. This window blocks the sign out option as well as many other essential functions. I have tried to block pop-up windows among many other options, but the problem persists.
