Since updating to 14.5.1, can’t move email messages to different folders, can’t reply to emails, can’t forward a picture or webpage to anyone via text ( via email works!)

You're welcome. In the future, after EVERY iOS update, remember to Force Restart your iPhone. It fixes little things which can be altered in the update, so you don't have issues after an update.
