You should honestly know your Apple ID as it's your email address.
The links I provided presumes you are the original owner of the phone. If you are not and you have purchased a used iPhone, without the assistance of the owner who set up the phone under an Apple ID and Password, you MUST get them to remove the account from the phone. If you don't know them, you cannot do anything with the phone. Apple won't help and we can't help.
