Replacement phone

My phone needs replaced, I was told it more than likely will need replaced because it crashed a month ago and had reinstall IOS.

it’s been bad ever since. ESPECIALLY today.


THEN spent THREE HOURS with ATT/FirstNet customer service, then didn’t help me at all, told me to call you.
