Camera flickering problem and bad image quality in my new m1 MacBook air.

Hi, I have recently purchased my new M1 Macbook air. I am very surprised to see such a bad quality image from my new MacBook air m1 front camera. The camera of my older 2014 Macbook air is far much better.

Pls suggest and provide the necessary fix/software update for the same.
