Is this your corporate iPhone? Do you have any profile installed by your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management then please contact the system administrator of your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management

If you have installed any profile on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...

If you want to turn on SSL trust for that certificate, go to Settings > General > About > Certificate Trust Settings. Under "Enable full trust for root certificates," turn on trust for the certificate. Apple recommends deploying certificates via Apple Configurator or Mobile Device Management (MDM).

it is my own phone but I used it as both personal and business phone so I don’t have to carry 2 phones around. I am no longer employed by this company. My former employer IT staff installed this trust certificate so I could use this phone to access my former employer various systems. Now that I am no longer employed there. I just want to remove this trust certificate to ensure my previous employer do not have access to my phone. Hope this make sense. Thank you.

regards,

Swan
