Have I been hacked?

I was on a mp3 downloader on my ipad 8th generation and it redirected me to a nother page and said your apple id will be closed in 24 hours

i was soooo scared i did not give any infermation and the second i saw that i exited the page and restarted my ipad

Am i hacked or is it one of those scammers

No, it's a phishing attempt which you were sensible enough not to fall for. You don't have a problem (and your Apple ID will not be closed).
