My screen time password isn’t working

I’m very adduce to social media - I had my mom set up a screen time password so that I would only be able to spend 30 minutes a day on the apps. The password she set up doesn’t work - when I reach my limit I can just press a button to over ride it without being asked for a password- totally negates the purpose of the screen time password in the first place. How do I fix this so that I need a password to override time limits?
