My IPad still states its is disable

I changed my password and still can't connect my IPad from being disable.

Changing the Apple ID password doesn’t help in this situation. See this for the instructions that you need to follow in order to get back into your iPad. You will need to use a computer for this.

If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
