Hello,

Start here:

If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working

If no help, have it checked:

Apple - Find Locations

The back up service from iPhone and Apple Store is non existent in Port Elizabeth, so this will be my first AND only time that I will ever get an iPhone
