My Documents have suddenly disappeared. How do I get them back.
Used Finder to open my Documents. The page is there, but no Documents. They have suddenly disappeared.

What does "offline" mean?
You might download and run etrecheck and see if it finds something to explain this.
It would lead me to think I had a hard drive issue and cause me to back up *now*.
