Can’t really hide hidden photos? No coded secure area? Avoiding I cloud.
Trying to hide my hidden photos with a code or password! Is this possible?

We understand that you’re using the Hidden album feature and would like to know if there is a way to hide photos with a password or code on your device. We would be happy to provide more information on this.
We see that you’re coming from Hide photos on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac. You can turn off the Hidden album in settings following the steps under “Find the Hidden album.” This would still allow you to choose photos to hide but would not make the album for hidden photos visible in the Photos app. There is currently no feature for locking the Hidden album with a passcode.
However, you can Use a passcode with your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
