I have few items that still show up in my monthly installments that are fully paid off. I'm not being billed any more for these but they still show up in my list. How can I remove items that have been paid in full?

It sounds like you have some questions about installments showing up on your Apple Card account. We will be happy to get you pointed in the right direction.
Taking a look over the Apple Card User Guide, we're not seeing a way to remove previously completed installments. The Monthly Installment History would show your history of all installments, with the most recent at the top and paid off ones under Complete: View Apple Card Monthly Installments online
You can see if you're able to chat with an Apple Card specialist to confirm this, by opening Wallet on your iPhone > tap Apple Card > Tap the more button > Tap Messages.
