Want to know why I get text mess on new I phone 11 giving me a" messenger verification code." I have face id and passcode set up on the phone. Not sure what to do with this. Can I stop these texts?

It is likely you are receiving those texts from the Messenger app because you have two-factor authentication set up on that account. When someone is attempting to sign into your account on the Messenger app it will send your phone a verification code in order to verify that it is you.
