Signing out of Apple ID
How do I log out of my Apple ID? It tells me that “Sign out is unavailable due to restrictions” so should I be worried? I just want to delete my account so I can give my old phone to my sister.

Have you checked Settings/Screen Time for any restrictions?
If you are going to give the phone to your sister, do the steps in the article below to make it 'her' phone.
