Siri cuts off after 2 seconds. anybody else? iphone 11

No the cut off was on her response. I just had a call from apple support. They fixed it by deleting Siri dictation history, force restart by clicking volume up, release, volume down release and hold power button maybe 15 seconds. (Don’t slide the prompt to turn off) and phone will reboot. Then goto siri and turn off hey siri then turn on and follow on screen sample sentences.
