Apple didn’t return my money

Hello everyone. Help me please . I live in Kazakhstan and we don’t have apple call center here. I can’t contact with them. I accidentally subscribed to one application. And I wanted to return the money. I wrote a statement and they told me that the money would be returned in the same way as the payment. Already 2 months have passed. And my money hasn't been returned yet. What should I do? Will I get my money back?

Wondering if you were given a CaseID in the transaction details, when they told you the money would be returned.

If so, there may have been a link to view case details.


Here's another way to:

"Get help with content you've purchased through Apple."

How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take:

Or


If you used Apple ID when you cancelled:

You might want to sign in to My Support with the same Apple ID that you used to start your case, 

then look under the Recent Activity section. 

You may see some progress, or find out if a refund is being issued, or if a response from you is needed first?
