Why can I not see my imessages on icould.com from my Windows browser? I have already enabled messages on icloud on my iphone.

You can sync Messages to all of your devices via iCloud as described in Use Messages in iCloud - Apple Support but there is no option to view or access messages by logging into www.iclolud.com from any browser (Mac, iPhone, iPad or Windows).
