911 Lone Star Season 2 Subscriprion

The last few episodes (episodes 9-12) of 911 Lone Star season 2 are not showing up in iTunes. I contacted Fox and the first customer service rep told me to contact iTunes because episodes 9-11 had been released and should be showing up and that only episode 12 was furloughed. I contacted iTunes and they took a great deal of time trying to help but ultimately said that it was not an issue with their app so it must be an issue with Fox and to contact them again. So I contacted Fox again and was told it couldn’t be their problem because I was trying to access their content from another provider. I asked for a Fox support number that could help with this issue (instead of texting) and wasn’t given one because it’s not their problem. I just want the episodes. That is all. Please someone help!
