Modify your Credentials: If someone has access to this device other than you, then consider modifying your credentials. Start with creating and using a new password would best the way to go in this case. I see you are using an iPhone. So, consider using a computer to perform this, as it would be more user-friendly doing so. Here is what to consider modifying, and how to do so:

See the response from Lawrence Finch above. I have no clue what or why you wrote what you wrote, but the answer to the OP's situation is EXACTLY what Lawrence provided. I've said it a number of times that it's great you are here and want to help people. Over complicating and providing information not really related to the situation however, isn't overly helpful.
Log in to https://icloud.com/find, pick the phone from the list of devices, and remove it from the account.
