My camera on my iPhone X is totally blurry. Can't take pics.

I have an iPhone X. The camera is completely blurry. Cannot take pics. Is there a way to fix? I've tried turning the phone off and then back on.

If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working
