Amazon doesn't accept Apple Pay but you can use your Apple Card in the same way that you would use any Mastercard. The necessary card information is on your iPhone -- tap the Wallet app, tap the Apple Card, tap the ... in a circle at top right, tap "Card Information." You can then view card number, expiration date and security code.
