More detail would help. You posted this to the Magic Mouse and Trackpad forum so there's no keyboards here that I know of. You also don't say with what you need help. Is the thing just a bit dirty, or is has it burst into flames?

This is my own, personal recommendation. You are at your own risk.

This process will void any/every warranty. Don't do this if your keyboard has a warranty or is covered by Apple Care.

Don't pop off key-tops, even though it's easy to do. I did. It only fixed half the individual keys I attacked. Leave messing with individual keys to pros.

Here's what I'd do, based on what I learned. (subject to the caveats above):

Drench the keyboard with isopropyl alcohol immediately. (I let my coffee dry - big mistake.)

Shake the keyboard to enhance washing.

Thoroughly blow out keyboard out. I strongly recommend canned keyboard cleaner. I didn't trust myself with our household air compressor. Can't comment on using a vacuum cleaner.

Get under every key. Blow along the short dimension, not left to right.

Periodically, blow alcohol off the top of the keyboard, to push dirty liquid off.

Turn the keyboard upside down, then tap it on a cloth or paper towel. Try not to shocked if there's still a lot of dirt.

Blow it out again. If you went from top to bottom first time, blow from bottom to top the second time.

I don't know if it's better to test all keys right away, or to let all alcohol evaporate. My instinct is to test all keys right away, then blow the keyboard out again.

Don't remove any key-tops. Did I mention this before? Read this process again, starting with third paragraph .

What I learned before writing this:

Apple Magic Keyboards don't appear to be damaged by isopropyl alcohol, even liberally applied.

Cleaning with alcohol did work with half the stuck keys. But I let the coffee dry on. And I take cream and honey. I suspect there'd been 100% successful, if I'd been quick.

Popping of key-tops only fixed half the remaining stuck keys. Don't do it.

If I'd taken the keyboard to a shop, the coffee would have dried on. Suspect professional cleaning would cost more than a new keyboard.

If you don't take cream and honey, probably no worries.

Soda pop? This process might work. Ice cream? You're on your own.

*** And be warned: you are at your own risk with this proceed ! ***

My apologies. It is an old (battery powered) magic KEYBOARD. The coffee had cream and honey. I was able to pop off several keys and clean them with alcohol and a Q-tip. However, getting them back on was difficult because popping longer keys (e.g., space or shift) damaged contacts. I just tried something new...and will re-post the results.

Meanwhile, if you get something sticky inside a Magic Keyboard, talk to a certified Apple dealer / repair shop; ask if they can do the job. Don't recommend the Apple Store for this, at least until all COVID restrictions are dropped -- too hard to get an appointment.
