I bought an apple watch and it is activation locked. I don't know the old email or password to log into this watch. How do I remove the lock so I can use this watch?

No, the only way in this case you can remove the Activation Lock is for the person holding the lock to fix it. Is there a reason you cannot contact them or they can't release it?
There are two ways. One I have already provided.
The other is to ask Apple. I didn't bother posting that one because they require you have very strong proof of ownership such as legal documentation tying you to a deceased person, or an original Apple receipt in your name.
I am not able to get the previous owner information. That would have been the easiest way but I am not able to do that. I know there are ways to unlock it I just don't know how.
