Can I still use iTunes to sync instead of Finder?

I’m trying to sync my iPhone with my Mac like I used to with iTunes. I get all my contacts synced from the Outlook app on my Mac. With finder, it seems like the option to select outlook doesn’t come anymore, and I am forced to use the default contacts app on my Mac to sync.

Are you using High Sierra or Catalina? Catalina introduces a Finder only approach to managing your iDevice which continues with Big Sur. Go to Apple menu -> About This Mac.
