what if you dont have a compter

how do i access my phone if i forgot my passcode and i don't have access to itunes from a computer or tablet

You need to borrow a Mac or a Windows PC with iTunes, or visit an Apple Store with Genius bar.

No other way.

It will wipe the phone.
