Apple ID Disabled

Hello, when I try to download apps it says that my apple ID has been disabled in app store and Itunes but i’m not sure why!

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14

There's a problem with your payment information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support at a time they're open.
