Reset security questions?
I created an AppleID a number of years ago, and would like to download the Bonjour SDK for Windows. However, I cannot sign in due to the security question answers being rejected. I have tried to reset the security questions, but after supplying my ID and password, I receive a message that there is insufficient information.
I then attempted to contact support, but seem to be caught in a perpetual loop with needing to sign in, no matter which "Solution" option I choose. I have read some of the community help questions on this subject, but they are several years old, and simply seem to refer people to contact support.
I do not have an Apple device presently, and merely need to download the Bonjour SDK to help troubleshoot some mDNS/DNS-SD network issues. My primary aim is to acquire the SDK, but I am blocked by being unable to sign in. Please can someone offer some advice on how to resolve either of these problems?
