Deleting apps

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to delete apps. When I hold them down they jiggle but no option to delete?

iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store Purchases - Change Deleting Apps to Allow.
