MacBook pro keyboard backlight not working after upgrading to BIG SUR 11.3.1

Issue description: After turning on my macbook after typing the password when it gets ready to load then i see the keyboard light glows for a second and then goes off ,


then if i tried to adjust the keyboard brightness from touch bar or system preferences still it did not work ,


i have done the hardware test no issues found , hardware is fine


did the Smc reset still same


please fix this issue , before this upgrade everything was fine
