Iphone7 has no cellular data. I erased the content to use as a phone for my kid. The phone is now saying it cannot be activated because an update is required. When I try to update by connecting it to my computer (per instructions on here) it says Activation Failed The iPhone cannot be synced. The operation timed out. Is there anything I can do?
