I just bought a new macbook air and is locked on a screen that says choose device.

the only thick I can do is move around the mouse.

How do I get out of this ?

I tried closing the macbook and unplugging it, nothing works.

Hi,

If your MacBook Air has Intel processor, resetting NVRAM as well as SMC could solve the issue.

If they don't work or your MacBook Air has M1 chip, you'd better contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your local retail Apple Store is open or find opened your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air.
