How Can I delete a nonexistent phone number/account from my phone?

When setting up my new iPhone 12 and transferring from my old iPhone, it only let me proceed if I added a “new account”. Now when I go to Settings -> Phone -> My Number

my iPhone has two numbers listed. The first one (the new one) is blank when I click on it, and I labeled it “Cancel This”. The second contains my original phone number and I labeled it “Primary”. I tried to make sure that all my settings such as messaging pointed toward “Primary”, but I can’t be sure I got everything.

How can I delete this other number from my phone?
