You can purchase iCloud storage from your iPhone however that is NOT going to increase the physical storage space on your iPhone. The storage space on your iPhone will remain the same as it is today and as it was the day you purchased the iPhone. If you were considering to purchase iCloud storage and extend the storage capacity of your iPhone then that is not going to work.
