when I played music on my new iPad air 4 , I feel like that only one side speaker is running and sound comes from one side while other side rather it might be less powerful.. is it same feeling for other's using this device??
i checked all speakers settings and balance is neutral.. what i can do?? is it Hardwear issue!??

ok..i have tried your advise but no resolution as i feel speaker balance is not good even though all your steps followed
