Migrate data from Dead Android to iPhone

Having recently bought my daughter an iPhone, I was very impressed with how easy it was to migrate the data from her old Android phone (Samsung) to the iPhone. All explained here: https://youtu.be/xNPXkN-Tty0

I now plan to move to iPhone but my Android (Samsung Edge 9) is 100% dead. I do though, have an Apple ID and I do have backup for the Android on Samsung Cloud (now on OneDrive).

What is the best way for me to go about migrating the maximum from my Android to a new iPhone (Apps, Contacts, Mail Accounts, Calendars, Photos etc)?
