Request refund

My daughter purchased and subscribe an ultimate guitar app. So I can see the subscription but I would like to request a refund because they charged me £19.99. Thanks

Normally, all sales are considered final, but you can ask for a refund.

If you have received a confirmation email, click the Report a problem link at the bottom.
