is Noon, 12:00 AM or 12:00 PM ?


What time-standard is being used ?


Where dues Apple have it documented ?

Noon is 12PM. Midnight is 12AM.


You can of course go to Settings->General->Date & Time and set it to 24 hour / Military time instead so Noon is 12:00 and Midnight is 0:00 instead of using AM/PM.
