I bought Nike Series 6 I watch 26th Feb 21 for the purpose of ecg readings. As of yesterday 17th May 21 it is taking at least 5 attempts to record an ecg as it is restarting the readings every few seconds and it is either saying it should be snug on my wrist or to keep my finger on the crown. The screen also seems to go dark and I have to restart it. What needs to happen to resolve this issue please.

Cant think of anything else causing that, apart from the crown not working properly. Your watch is quite new still. If the issue persists, I would recommend contacting Support next.

I still have the issue of it being dark on occasion and having to turn it off and in again for the back light to work. I’ll get on to Apple support and see what they say on this.
