before the device appeared offline, according to apple support it happens when turned off or unavailable for other reasons but now it does not appear in the list of my devices in the app so I cannot erase or report lost, it does not exist now
the device is still in my apple ID and in iCloud as signed in
hovewer in the iCloud id in my mac they appeared but
they do not have the find my green light turned on so
someone turned it off or they deleted everything ?
will they appear again if they are recovered with different ID?

So, while it was appearing, did you lock or erase it?
I could not, I was traveling with the phone and the iPad and both got stolen so
apple force you to received a verification code in the stolen devices!!!
it is very stupid to have two ways when you are trying to block a device because is lost!!!
Apple even force you a two verification code in iCloud to use your mail so why would you use iCloud when you
have a device? basically iCloud is useless because the only time you will really need to use is when you do not have a device
with you, from others computer, I was really appalled by the stupidity of the obligatory set up
I was in really need with everything block
Apple is insecure because of the two way autentification, it left all my information vulnerable because of this and now I
am trying to find what happen with the information, even I changed the password and choose to sign out the devices
still appear as signed in
I do not know what to do
Sorry but this is the least one can say
I hope you will not find yourself unconscious in the street
in a foreign developing country with absolute no money or cards
no other means of getting help than to get somebody computer
and use the mail everybody knows is you, and is blocked by
the company that claims to look after you and your data,
there are many other means to check your identity if necessary
like questions or doble password, or use your recovery mail, ect
it is required to have more than one device to use your mail?
or do you need to buy all the apple products to be safe?
apple support is nowhere it can be reached without phone either
and international access on too many cases, why this company do not have
mail for selected cases? or other internet based help?

I have several trusted phone numbers attached to my AppleID for that reason; not all of them are mobile phones.

Use Lost Mode in Find My iPhone on iCloud.com and can Lock or Erase the computer the next time it is turned on.
Mark a device as lost in Find My on Mac
