Email Alerts for Different Accounts

I have three email accounts in Outlook. On my iPhone 12 I was able to set an alert tone for each account but no longer can. How can I turn the alert on for my work email on exchange and off for my two private email accounts?

Not really iOS issue. If it worked in the past, then it changed due to changes made by MS to their Outlook app.

EDIT:

it seems as MS Outlook app for iOS does allow to select different tones (including none) for different accounts when two or more are in use.

You access those settings through Outlook app; not through Settings app.

I am in Settings/Outlook/Notifications. There is only my enterprise email account in this app. As you can see Sounds is selected but there is no way to select the sound. If I go to Settings/Notifications/Outlook I get this same picture. If I go to Settings/Sounds & Haptics/New email then I can select the Bell which is the sound I am after. However, I only get a weak little 4 note chime. Not the Big One Note BELL. This is a lost cause. Thank you all for your efforts.

Thanks, but I have the three email accounts which are: Exchange, Gmail, and Outlook.com all inside the Outlook 365 app on the phone. They are not separate applications on the iPhone for each account. So I cannot go to a separate app for each to set the notifications like you suggest.

Thanks but this is a lost cause. The enterprise account will not add to iPhone Mail. It is a controlled account because of my work. The enterprise account can be added to the MS Outlook application but all that allows you to do is turn alerts on or off, not chose the sound. This used to work, but evidently due to iOS updates something has changed and this can no longer be done on an iPhone. Thanks for your efforts and work.

It works for me.

Why are you in Settings>Outlook>Notificatations? As iW00 noted, "You access those settings through Outlook app; not through Settings app. "

If you want to change the settings within Outlook, you need to go to Outlook, tap on the account icon at the upper left, tap the Settings icon at the bottom left then tap Notifications.

I cannot comment on how well this works as I only have one account in Outlook.

You are completely correct and this is not done in settings. That is where I went wrong and I finally woke up and fixed the issue by NOT going into settings but rather going to outlook then clicking Outlook again and going to settings there. Finally, problem solved and thank you all for helping me through this. Much appreciated.
